Kentucky State Representative Jodie Haydon has received our proposed changes to KRS 256.042 and presented the information to the Kentucky Legislative Research Commission in Frankfort for consideration. We were told in a prior conversation with a representative of the Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation that this organization will usually preview any proposed changes affecting farmers, make comments where called for, and where feasible, will recommend certain changes be made.
This could happen in 2002, but we need your support and that of others. Pass the word along and share this web site with others who believe in an individual's right to have control over his property. Please take a moment to e-mail the legislators listed (or check the contact list for the legislator representing your area) and voice your support to change KRS 256.042 so that it is fair and just for all.
