Welcome to the Change The Law  web site.  

It is our intention to raise the awareness of other rural home owners to KRS 256.042 (the fence law) so that when the Kentucky General Assembly is again in session in 2002 perhaps enough developers, real estate agents/agencies, residential home owners and prospective home owners will join us in support of changing this antiquated and often misused law.
