| If your student took an achievement test last year you need to provide FHCS with a copy of the test results to be placed in your file. If your records were transferred from other schools the test results have already been filed. |
| All Registration paperwork must be turned in by Sept. 1 There will be a 5 day grace period. After Sept. 5 a $10.00 late fee will be added. |
| Remember to mail a copy of your HSLDA membership card when you receive it. |
| If you ordered a tee shirt they will be ready for pick up at our Gym Night Sept. 5 |
