•   Weekly walk- through visual inspections of  your home or property and report to the Owner any defects found, or maintenance and repairs needed.
•   Residential cleaning service, and  interior and exterior building cleaning and maintenance
•   We can provide other services including, Exterminating / Pest Control, pool/spa service, and lawn care.
•   Customized concierge services.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
•   Bill paying and bookkeeping service.
•   Real Estate Brokerage-Sales and Rentals of new and previously owned homes. This service is provided by Florida Homeminders Realty Inc.
•   Tenant management for rental properties owned by absentee owners.

We are fully computerized to provide our clients with bill paying and bookkeeping service. This service is customized to handle individual clients financial requests. We provide our clients with full accounting statements by providing a monthly reconciliation and transaction report. This service is a necessity for our European and out of state clients that can not handle the daily task of receiving and paying their bills in a timely fashion.


We provide 24 hour emergency service, 365 days a year, and our office is staffed 5 days a week from 8:30 am to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
