Arrangements for automobile maintenance and repairs.

Forwarding of mail to out of state addresses.

Accept delivery of out of town packages and deliver to residence.

Make arrangements and appointments for the installation and hookup of utilities such as: Cable TV, and Telephone.

•

Be listed as company to call in case of alarm activation and report to owner.

•

Arrange for landscape contractor, and monitor work performed.

•

Provide for Owner's arrival by stocking refrigerator with preselected food and drink.
