Besides the fact that we are trustworthy folks who treat others the way we want to be treated, I thought I'd share with you something that I found while searching a local rental agency's reservations' page. I was surprised to find the additional extra charges:

Housekeeping $61.00

Rental tax* 6.71

Processing Fee 30.00

Rental tax* 1.65

Total $99.36 These are additional fees we do not charge!

*We do charge the additional 11% lodging tax that is due the city, state and county. These must be taxes on housekeeping and processing that we do not charge.
