• Weekend rate is 2 nights, except for Labor Day weekend.
• Weekly rate in the high season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) is Saturday to Saturday.
• Weekly rate in the off-season (Labor Day to Memorial Day) is Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday.

The only additional charge is 13% tax. Linens and cleaning are included.

Half of your rent will be due with your rental agreement, in order to reserve the unit.

The other half, plus $150 deposit needs to be sent 3 weeks prior to check-in,

so that I can mail you the keys in plenty of time for your visit. Return guests only pay a $50 deposit.
