welcome! to the Rhode Island Volkswagen Association web site. The RIVWA is an all-volunteer club dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of all makes and models of Volkswagens. Our membership spans all of New England and draws from all age groups and all walks of life. We provide a support base for technical information, help locating parts to complete your project, and recommendations on qualified area auto technicians, whether you drive a 1943 KDF-wagen or a 2000 Beetle. We meet on a bi-monthly basis to discuss club business, plan events, and share VW stories and hopefully a few laughs. Throughout the spring and summer we caravan to area car shows and cruise nights, get together for cookouts, and more. In September we put on the Annual VW Show-Off at Diamond Hill Park in Cumberland, RI. The year culminates in our annual Christmas party where we collect toys and gifts to be distributed to underprivileged children and teens. Above all, we are a family-oriented group that likes to get togther and have a good time!
