Ulrich Neff was born in Affoltern am Albis, Canton Zurich, Switzerland 7 October 1649. Ulrich died after 1688.
He married twice. He married Catharina Endriss in Michelsfeld, Germany, 2 November 1669. He married Margaretta Elizabetha unknown, a widow, in 1678.
Catharina Endriss was born in Michaelis 29 September 1653. Catharina died in childbirth 14 December 1677 at 24 years of age.
