20% Contingency Fees!

--Many lawyers promise "no recovery, no fee." However, this does not mean no recovery, no cost. From the filing of pleadings to the taking of depositions, to paying for expert witnesses, lawsuits are expensive (as much as $5,000.00) and if you lose, your lawyer will require you to reimburse those costs. Settling a claim without filing a lawsuit can save you a lot of money, time, and stress down the road.

--Most lawyers and law firms charge a contingency fee of 1/3 or 33%. Some charge 40% to 50%. If I can settle your case without filing a lawsuit, my fee will only be 20%. If a lawsuit has to be filed, my fee will only be 25%.

Wills and Estates
--In order to be valid, a Will must be properly drafted and executed.
--I will draft your Will and Healthcare Directives for only $200 or $300 per couple.
--Most lawyers and law firms charge as much as $500.00 for one Will and then charge more for health care directives.

Collections/Criminal Cases and Traffic Tickets

Collections:
I am licensed in North Carolina State and Federal Courts. I am available to assist you with the following types of actions:

1. Bankruptcy Matters: Motions for Relief From Automatic Stay, Proofs of Claims, Objections to Valuation etc

2. Replevins and Claim and Deliveries

3. Liens

4. Collections of unsecured debts: wage garnishment (in Michigan only), executions

I can handle most of these action types for a reasonable FLAT fee plus costs.

Criminal Cases and Traffic Tickets
--I can assist you or a loved one with a misdemeanor or felony charge
--Traffic Tickets handled for a fee of only $100.00. I will work to try to keep your insurance premiums from rising.
