ACS Annual Report 2006

There were 37 new caves turned in since the last printing.  Jim Smith turned 
in the most with 8 new caves and Scott Shaw turned in 7 new caves.
There were 14 new maps turned in and these are in the packet as hard copy maps.
The membership packet has a complete data listing, a topo sort, a data key, 14 
new maps and a report form.
All records that are new or updated have a % replacing the first letter of their 
record.
We are up to cave number 4231.
The CD-Rom has 2251 maps on it, with 120 maps that were missing, added thanks to 
the efforts of Scott Shaw.
The cost of printing the update for 100 copies was $1008.72.  Additional costs 
were $16 for 50 blank CDs and $24 for envelopes (Data listing enevelopes and CD covers).
Current bank balance is $1967.85
There are two board positions up for re-election this year. Scott Shaw and Bobby Dobson
