ACS Meeting Minutes
November 9, 2007

1.   Election was held and Allen Cressler, Andy Zeller, and Angela Morgan were elected
        to a 2 year term. Board members elected last year are Scott Shaw and Julie Brown.

2.   Bill Torode brought up that there are three locations on the survey for each cave.
       The new board decided to eliminate the millimeters from edge measurement and
       add a decimal point to seconds so locations will be within 8 feet instead of 80 feet.

3.   It was decided to make electronic data available to ACS members.

4.   The 3000 acre Clear Creek area owned by the Nature Conservancy is posted and
       anyone caught there will be prosecuted.

5.   Torode has topo maps marked with cave locations we need to put in electronic format.

6.   Julie Brown reported she has maps of Varnadoe and Bloody Elbow cave.

                             After the meeting.

   Fifty copies of the 2007 update were printed and 46 were given to members at the
       meeting,  one went to NSS Cave files and the other three were promised to others.

   Fifty copies of the Narratives were printed,  30 were sold at the meeting and 20 are     left.

   The Bank balance after all deposits were made is $2786.50
