ACS Annual Report 2007

There were 27 new caves turned in since the last printing. 
There were 10 new maps turned in and these are in the packet as hard copy maps.
The membership packet has a new cave only data listing, a changed record listing 
(mostly GPS readings), an alpha sort, and 10 new maps.
All records that are new or updated have a % replacing the first letter of their 
record.
We are up to cave number 4257.
The CD-Rom has 2261 maps on it,
The cost of printing the update for 50 copies was $123.40 .  Additional costs 
were $16 for 50 blank CDs and $24 for envelopes (Data listing enevelopes and CD covers).
The cost for printing 50 copies of the narratives was $400.95
Current bank balance is $1819.50
We had a special board meeeting and voted to give $1000 of our surplus funds to 
SCCi for the Limrock Cave fund.
There are three board positions up for re-election this year.
