These are more pictures of Blue Whales taken on the same Whale Watching trip out of Santa Barbara.
I was really happy to get two tail fluke shots of these beautiful Blue Whales (the other is on the main page)
This Blue Whale has a very hook shaped dorsal fin
The Santa Barbara Channel is probably the best place to view Blue Whales in the world. The Blue Whales come there in the Summer and Fall to feed on Krill
This Blue Whale has almost no dorsal fin at all

Blue Whales frequent the Santa Barbara Channel during the summer and fall
months and I have seen them on 3 out of 4 Whale Watching Trips. The other
was a bit too early but we did see Humpbacks.
