even more Friends from Milonga

It had been more than a month since I left Buenos Aires when I created this page. I actually ran out of things to talk about, except I cherished these friends I met during my second month's stay in Buenos Aires:

With Chris at the Porteņa y Bailarin, on his first night there.   I caught Ed wondering at the Salon Canning on which lady he would be inviting next.   I was pleasantly surprised to run into Jutta whom I knew from EL Corte (in the Netherlands), and met this fellow who is no doubt from Switzerland since he was yodeling when this picture was taken.

I was with Jan, the hearthrob for all the women dancers in Sweden,   The Swedish hearthrob with Linda.   The Swedish hearthrob with me and Nicolette.

Great to see my friends from Chicago, here at Confiteria Ideal.   Another familiar face, Natalie, an Argentinean also from Chicago.   Wonderful to be Robin who is promoting her new fan collection from her line, the Tara Shoes.

Embracing Rob and Patricia, from the Netherlands, at the Salon Canning.

Patricia in her beautiful shoes and bewitching pantyhose.

With Maria from Amsterdam at my birthday milonga party.

Many thanks to Maria in posing this picture of her with her beautiful new shoes.

With Chris, from L.A., and Mauro, from Italy, at my favourite milonga, Saturday afternoon at the Lo De Celia.

Sylvia, Nicolette and I at the Lo De Celia, after the milonga. Nicolette and I were pretty tipsy by that time.

Laurie (France) and Luciano (Brazil) are the most elegant tango dance couples, I have ever seen. I could not help my jaw from dropping when I was watching them dance. The picture was taken on their last evening in Buenos Aires, before they return to Rio.   Gustavo was being a good international host, as usual, to make sure Linda was feeling welcomed on her first evening in Buenos Aires in the most snobbish milonga in town, the EL Beso.

With my sweetest dance partner Claude at El Beso.   With Chris and Nicolette at our last open air milonga, La Glorieta.   Yuyu and Yuka were horsing around on my last evening in Buenos Aires.

With some of my wonderful friends on my birthday, at the La Nacional, and thanks to Henry who bought us the champagne.

Some of my friends, here as shown: Jessica, Laurie and Jan, at the farewell party for my last tango in Buenos Aires in the Salon Canning.

I want to thank all the friends I have met in my 10 weeks stay in Buenos Aries, as they have bestowed me with much love and caring during the good and bad times I had when I was there.
