JESSIE-(Michael Kenworthy) Comic book reading pip-squeak turned boy wonder hero.
LUCY-(Marsha Dietlein) Jessie's sister. Not bad looking but kind of a bitch. Likes to tell Jessie what to do.
TOM-(Dana Ashbrook) Cable guy and has the major hots for Lucy. Turns into a hero and actually gets the girl.
BILLY-(Thor Van Lingen) Local bully, and stupid enough to open a tank with a corpse inside.
ED-(James Karen) Grave robber. Played frank in the first movie. Basically the same character with a different name and job.
JOEY-(Thom Mathews) Grave robber in training. Played Freddy in the first movie. Again same guy different name and job.
BRENDA-(Suzanne Snyder) Joey's girl. Loves Joey so much she lets him eat her brain. Played Deb in "Weird Science"
DOC MANDEL-(Philip Bruns) Wisecracking alcoholic doctor who loves his car WAY too much.

Very similar to the first one but with lots more bad jokes and better special effects (I miss the naked punker girl). Same as before the zombies want to eat brains to stop the pain of being dead.

Billy and Jessie find a tank very similar to the ones in part I (fake phone number this time). Of course being the local bully and a total dumbass Billy opens the tank and is overcome by the green gas that pours out. Ed and Joey are busy robbing the graveyard and they wind up with a lung full of the gas themselves. It stars to rain (of course) and the gas is absorbed into the ground making all the corpses come back to life. Jessie manages to call the number but the phone system is damaged when Ed and Joey crash into an electrical box with Tom's van. Tom, Lucy, Jessie, Ed, Brenda and Joey hole up in the house and try to keep the zombies out. Very funny scene with a head that Ed stole from the graveyard, "Get that damn screwdriver out of my head".

The group makes a break for Doc Mandel's house and they escape in his car. Doc Mandel takes the group to the local hospital but it is evacuated. Doc figures out that Joey and Ed are in fact dead and that they'll become zombies any minute. Brenda takes Joey and Ed in the car and runs off. Tom, Jessie and Lucy take an ambulance and load up with guns at grandpa's house. About this time Tom and Lucy figure out that everyone in town has been evacuated except them. Tom nails a zombie with the ambulance and it winds up crashing into an electrical sign. Wow electricity kills the zombies.

Brenda takes Joey and Ed to the edge of town and finds some soldiers. Ed attacks the soldiers and is shot to hell, while Brenda and Joey run into a church. Joey talks Brenda into letting him eat her brain and she's now dead. The remaining members of the group try to get out of town with the ambulance and wind up getting shot at by soldiers who think they're zombies. 

Tom gets a brilliant idea and they head for a meat packing plant. Loading a truck up with calves brains, the group lead all the zombies to the local power plant. They turn off the power and stretch wires to the puddles made from the rain. Once the zombies are in the water the plan is to turn on the juice and kill all the zombies. After a minor complication they get the power turned on and all the zombies are Barbecued. The end. 

This movie has more bad jokes than you can shake a stick at.

The zombies doing Aerobics and the Michael Jackson zombie were pretty bad as far as the jokes go.

My Mother, of all people, saw this movie. she can't remember the name but she calls it "the movie with the 'get this damn screwdriver out of my head' part"

Joey makes a comment that it seems like he and Ed have been through this all before. Nice little joke for those who saw the first movie and noticed that Joey and Ed are basically the same characters they were before.

Why is it that the tanks with the zombie chemical always wind up right next to a cemetery.
