This Wednesday morning "Classical Discoveries" paid a special 5 hour tribute to CRI (Composers Recordings Inc.).
This record company released hundreds of recordings of American music and
is in the process of closing down their doors after almost 50 years.
However, all is not lost because New World Records will be taking over the CRI
catalogue.
