Health Care Letters to President, et al, 8/24/94
August 24, 1994
President Bill Clinton, Each Arizona Senator and Congressman
Washington, D.C. 205__
Dear Mr. President, Senator, Congressman:
It is requested that you take all means in your power to preclude any Health Care bill to be enacted this session of Congress, and any session hence, until the following conditions are met:
1. Reforms have been enacted that assure We the People that deficit spending (except for well defined national emergencies) is a thing of the past, and a program is in place to amortize our existing national debt.
2. A disciplined approach is taken to the definition of a Health Care System, as is required by the Executive branch and the Congress for the development of a major defense or space system.
3. The conscientious objections of a major portion of We the People, to being forced to aid and abet the killing of developing human beings, be respected in the legislation.
Arguments to support these conditions are presented in the enclosure.
Sincerely,
Guy G. Wooten
