Kayak, hike and eco-adventure on the Big Island of Hawaii! We are regularly out trekking and exploring, by kayak or on foot, enjoying the amazing diversity of climates that this beautiful island of Hawaii has offered up to us.

We offer kayak and hiking eco-adventure for those interested in experiencing the less traveled path. We have easy kayak paddles or scenic walks to secluded beaches, ancient hawaiian ruins, valleys and rainforests. We also have excursions with varying degrees of difficulty, including multiple day treks requiring an enjoyment of exercise and camping out.

Our trips are limited to small private groups with a 2 person minimum. Learn the ecological history of these islands from a knowledgeable, seasoned guide covering the undersea world, the Flora and Fauna, the Mountains and Volcanoes and the Hawaiin culture, past and present . We have a wide variety of choices, including custom designed, multisport treks, for those wanting to adventure travel around this largest and most diverse of the Hawaiian islands.

Email us to set up a trip to fit your group. There are so many options we can't list them all. We are adventuring all over the island so let us know what it is you're looking for and the odds are we can make it happen. Check out our Reservations page for details on booking a trip.

Volcano Alert!!! Recently the flowing molten lava has been close the the Chain of Craters road making for the easiest, close up viewing since 1995. Check out our Lava Photos for a view on what you may get to see if you make it before the current flow changes course.

On April 10th 2002 we completed the first ever, continous kayak circumnavigation of the Big Island, a nearly 300 mile, 16 day marathon. Check out the newspaper article (click on "news" below photo), or the full detailed story
