Reservations
On the vacation rental you can hold dates with a 15% deposit. We require the balance to be paid 45 days prior to the rental period. If booking inside of 45 days we require full payment at the time of booking.
For cancellations, there will be a 15% cancellation fee inside of 45 days and 30% if cancelled inside of 30 days unless we are able to rebook the canceled dates.
When we receive payment, you will receive confirmation and directions by email or regular mail if you choose. Check in 2:00pm, Checkout 11:00am
For Kayak or Trekking Tours; we recommend booking at your earliest convenience since we have limits on what will be available on any given day. For eco-tours we require half payment in advance to lock in dates. The amount due will be paid on the day of your trip. There will be no refunds given within 30 days of your trip unless we are unable to lead the trip due to weather or other unforseen circumstances.
Children under twelve get half price with paying adults but some of the more rigorous trips may be limited to ages 16 years and older. If you're planning a more physical trip with younger children let us know so we keep everyone happy.
