Finally, in the event any contract, transaction or agreement you have with Holly or Mr O'Brien and any of his firms has provisions that are less favorable to Holly or Mr O'Brien or his firms than this confidentiality and liability agreement you are hereby forever deemed to have agreed that those above described conflicting provisions are null and void and this agreements provisions shall always be deemed to be senior in their legal standing and authority.</div> <bR> <bR> <div> Unfortunately the world now is a mostly dishonest place.
