	The petcollar was designed for cat owners who love their pets and would like to dress up their kitty. These cat collars will enhance your pet's appearance by giving it a more colorful and elegant look. These NEW cat collars are hand made by Donna who designed them and dresses her own cats with these lovely collars.

	The collars come in three different styles with many colors to choose from. They are made from satin ribbon and feature a pretty bow. The basic design is made with satin ribbon and a matching satin bow. A second style includes a satin rose in the center of the bow. The third design features white lace over the satin bow. The many colors available include rich, deep jewel-tone colors and light pastels.

	The feminine feline is just adorable in these lovely collars. The bow may be worn on the back of the neck or on the side. Of course, your male cat will look simply charming too and may also wear the bow in front as a bow tie.

	All three designs are comfortably lightweight and adjustable in size with a velcro fastener. They are made with elastic for safety and should be worn snugly but not tight.
